About Us

Flex Maintenance is a property maintenance company which has been operating now for 4 years. The business was created after identifying a gap in the market for a maintenance company who could provide a full package of trades to customers with a professional edge no matter how big or small their requirements are. Over months of research our results found that many businesses both large and small within the East Yorkshire area would prefer using a service which could provide an all-round maintenance package. This gave us the confidence along with our 30 years’ experience in project management and property development to create Flex.

The brand ‘Flex’ was very simply derived from the concept that we would focus on been 'Flexible' within the maintenance industry and never say never to any client requiring our assistance. With this in mind we also set ourselves a group of principles that we abide by under all circumstances.
